What would you say a normal vaginal pH level is? (Give it your best guess if you're not sure!)

The vagina naturally maintains its own pH level, which supports the balance of healthy, natural bacteria and prevents harmful bacteria or yeast from growing out of control.

pH balance is essentially the center of vaginal health and always plays a role when infections strike.

A normal, healthy vaginal pH typically ranges from 3.8 - 4.5. When pH goes out of this range, bacteria and yeast have the opportunity to grow and cause major discomfort or even infection.

There are many things that we experience every day that can easily upset this balance.
